Hotel Group Joie de Vivre has opened the first boutique hotel in Sacramento, the capital of California. Hotel Citizen is located three blocks from the Capitol.
The building combines the aesthetics of 1930-1940 years of the modern tradition. Each of the 198 rooms is decorated with political cartoons, but on the lamp-shade table lamps, you can read excerpts from the constitution of California.
